What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Preferably, leggings and a t-shirt.

Can I eat before a lesson?

It is better not to eat two to three hours beforehand because practising the asana positions also has an impact on the internal organs, especially the digestive system.

What do I need to bring?

All equipment is provided by the school. If you prefer to use your own yoga mat, you can buy one for €16.00.

I have chronic backache. Can I do yoga?

Yes. Everyone works according to their own abilities and there are also special positions which help to strengthen the back and the muscles. Together, this will bring relief. It is important to inform the teacher before the lesson in order to receive personalised exercises. Yoga can actively help various chronic illnesses and pain. Contact me for more information.

I am pregnant. Can I do yoga?

Yoga is very good for pregnant women as it execises and strengthens the uterus, strengthens the pelvic muscles and improves blood circulation in the pelvic region. Obviously, it is important to exercise caution and therefore the teacher must be informed before the lesson.

I have my period. Can I do yoga?

You can do almost all the positions apart from upside-down positions. The teacher will give you alternative positions.
